About Me

My Avatar

I am a tech enthusiast with a broad interest in the transformative impacts of Buddhist psychology, cognitive psychology, and digital transformation as a whole.

I started MINDPSYCHE to document my thoughts, put in writing some experiences and insights to support my own mental health. I find myself particularly drawn to the profound interplay between the mind and human experiences from a Buddhist perspective. The teachings of Buddhism offer a unique lens through which to examine the inner workings of our consciousness, shedding light on the patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that govern our lives in the manner of self introspection. It is a non-judgemental observation of my own thoughts and feelings and a powerful tool to understand the core of one's being.

What is MINDPSYCHE about? Exploration, complexity, and the need to navigate the challenging terrain of life.

I am at my happiest when I am pottering about, pouring my thoughts and what I figured out (or not) along the way.

I maintain a substack:TekNoetics. If you enjoy the related content here, you might find these newsletters insightful as well. There is a minimal subscription fee on Substack to support my work if you wish to contribute, there are also free-options as well.
